If you have a problem with any of our items, such as a quality issue, receiving the incorrect or damaged product, or any other issue, please write us an email at info@eatwellcoldstorage.com and send the product to our shop so that we can replace or refund you.
Please note- We accept returns only if reported within 3 days of delivery.
